The Escrow Officer Floater will perform the following duties remotely:

 -  Review Title Commitments, Lender Instructions, Purchase Agreements

 -  Communicate with all parties of the Escrow Transaction

 -  Request Terms & CDA's from Agents

 -  Prepare Estimated Closing Statements to balance with Lenders

 -  Draw Purchase and Refinance Documents for Signing

 -  Coordinate Signing Appointments for Sellers, Buyers, Borrowers

 -  Audit Closings & Follow Up on Invoices, etc.

 -  Disbursement of Closings 

We design an on-the-job training curriculum for your Escrow Assistants to brush up on their skills and learn new tasks. This is designed for teams that want to build up the desk and create a career path for Assistants to perform more duties in the path of becoming an Escrow Officer.
