Complete Water Solutions performed a Resin Replacement Service for a global manufacture located in Missouri. Complete Water Solutions removed all the resin out of (2) DI Systems and (2) Water Softener Systems. The resin was disposed of off site in a turnkey service.

During the resin replacement Complete Water Solutions inspected the interior of the tank as well as all the lateral piping. Some piping screens were found to be compromised and were replaced.

Also discovered was the acrylic site glass with a small crack. During the exchange Complete Water Solutions worked with the customer to replace the sight glass. A new acrylic site glass was manufactured onsite and installed.

New resin was installed and regenerated to verify operation.

Complete Water Solutions was contracted to replace an old and inefficient water softener system at a linen laundry facility. The old system was consuming a lot of salt water, increasing mechanical wear and tear, and increasing maintenance costs. Complete Water Solutions was called out to a plastic mold facility after a new extrude machine scaled up due to hard water. The scale caused thousands of dollars of down time. Complete Water Solutions did a full audit of the facility and found that hard water and the lack of adequate chemical treatment was causing the issue. In this process achieving 0 PPM hard water is critical. The main softener system was not able to achieve this due to variances in incoming water. Complete Water Solutions was contracted to take over DI Water operations for a plating facility. Complete Water Solutions team of highly-skilled professional technicians make sure during the DI Exchange Service that the pre-treatment equipment is operating properly. The reverse osmosis system was fitted with AK8040-400 Cold Water Reverse Osmosis Elements. The RO System provided 5 Microsiemens Water with 1 PPM Hardness. Complete Water Solutions was contracted to turn one softener from a triplex system and turn it into a polishing softener system. As the system required another brine tank, Complete Water Solutions, along with the customer, looked for options to fit a brine tank close to the softener. With limited space, Complete Water Solutions came up with the solution of using a square brine tank to provide the sodium solution for regeneration.

Complete Water Solutions was called out for an emergency to get our client’s  Reverse Osmosis System back up and running. The problem that they were experiencing was High Conductivity, High Pressures & Low Flow.

Upon arrival, it was determined that the RO System had experienced hard water. Complete Water Solutions tested the water to confirm the hard water. Upon further inspection, Complete water was able to determine that the bypass valve on the softeners had been opened. Once closed the hard water went away. In the meantime, complete water solutions supplied and installed new AK4040F Membranes into the RO System. This lowered conductivity, pressures, and increased flow.
