SINGLE-PHASE DC POWER RECTIFIER FOR USE WITH CEDI MODULES
Digital Communication Rectifiers (DCR) from IONPURE Products allow for constant control of power applied to Continuous Electrodeionization (CEDI) modules to optimize system performance. Standardized individual rectifiers improve performance, reduce cost and provide a simplified solution to supply power to CEDI modules. Designed to power the IONPURE MX, LX, and VNX CEDI modules.
Digital Communication Rectifier – IP-DCR600V15A-M
The DCR rectifier is a highly-reliable, compact single-phase DC power controller that features a high performance microprocessor, designed to efficiently control resistive loads. On-board digital communication allow for easy integration with existing PLC/HMI through the use of MODBUS RTU or 4-20mA signals.
A dedicated touch panel display is also available (IP-POWERDSP-TP).
Analog / Retrofit DCR – IP-DCR600V15A-R2
G2 power controller users can easily replace one or upgrade all G2 power controllers within their existing power cabinet with the Retrofit DCR rectifier for improved transient voltage protection and higher efficiency.

CEDI AND NEXED EDR MODULES
3-PHASE DC POWER CONTROLLER
Our most Advanced Power Controller to-date, Digital Communication 3-Phase
switch-mode power supply (DC3) combines microprocessor-controlled DC power
processing with built-in electrical isolation and MODBUS TCP communication.
DC3 provides the best solution for providing constant control of current, voltage
or power to IONPURE Continuous Electrodeionization (CEDI) and NEXED
Electrodialysis Reversal (EDR) modules for optimized system performance and
allows for a more cost effective and simplified solution for electrical system design.
DC3 is a fully enclosed, touch-safe (IP20) power supply capable of providing
0-600 Volts DC and 0-15 amps output. Its heat-sink chassis and dual fans allow for
maximum heat dissipation with low noise level while maintaining a compact design.
HIGH-AMPERAGE PARALLELING ACCESSORY UNIT
For High TDS NEXED EDR application, requiring higher amperage to achieve
maximum salt removal, the paralleling board accessory allows the ability to
combine up to 3 DC3 units to provide up to 45-amp DC at 600VDC maximum.

The G2 display unit is designed to independently control 1 – 16 G2 power controllers (rectifier) allowing for optimal performance of each CEDI module integrated into your water system.
MONITOR AND CONTROL
The LCD display provides access to vital CEDI performance information
including module power conditions, electrical resistance and alarm
set points. This information allows users to access vital operational
parameters and possible service requirements.
